"I cannot recommend Eclair at the Bay highly enough. I travelled over 150 km from Brisbane, and was not disappointed. The choux pastry is the perfect blend of light and slightly crunchy. And the silky, smooth fillings expertly combined sweet and tart flavours without being overwhelming. If they were located any closer, I imagine this would be a daily addiction."
